Leadership Recruiter, Specialized Technology

The Specialized Technology Recruiting Team at Prosper supports specialized technical hiring across unique hardware initiatives and innovative technologies. 
As a member of the Specialized Technology Recruiting Team, you’ll work with hiring managers and Sourcers to develop creative strategies to find the best talent globally. We conceive practical and creative ways to identify leading talent and invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. 
As a Specialized Leadership Recruiter, you will drive discussions on scaled hiring strategies and identify areas to ensure the best candidate experience for an end to end hiring. In this role, you will also develop cross-functional partnerships at scale.

Leadership Recruiter, Specialized Technology Responsibilities

● Manage recruiting for multiple complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role● Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches● Create research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis● Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters● Collaborate with the business throughout the recruitment process to ensure goals and objectives are met● Leverage data to influence change management as needed to land hiring targets● Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally● Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders● Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies● Demonstrates Data Integrity and ability to understand Data to help influence hiring decisions

Minimum Qualifications

● Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience● Sharp interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities● Solid tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, external communities● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior business partners● Experience hiring into teams working on complex technical pipelines/requisitions● Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
