Reporting Alleged Fraud, Abuse or Misconduct

Prosper is committed to the highest possible standards of conduct. In line with this commitment, Prosper encourages individuals to raise good faith concerns about misconduct and allows them to anonymously report, among other things, suspected violations of a policy, law, rule or regulation, acts of fraud, health/safety violations and/or corruption.
Public Safety will check for electronic reports daily and, along with other campus administrators, will review submissions to determine the appropriate course of action.
If you have something to report and would like to remain anonymous, simply leave the “Contact Information” section at the bottom of the page blank. You do not need to indicate your name, however, you may want to provide your name and contact information in the event additional questions arise. Should you opt to report anonymously, please be aware that it may not be possible to inform you of the process or outcome of any investigation or other action taken based on your submission.
Please include as much detail as possible regarding your specific concerns along with any relevant information you can provide. All information will be treated as confidential to the extent permitted by governing policies and the law.
You should also know that retaliation against anyone who has made a report in good faith using this process is strictly prohibited. Additionally, intentional use of this process to make false allegations may result in disciplinary action.
The Reporting of Alleged Misconduct through the use of this form is not designed to replace the need to contact Public Safety immediately with information about an emergency, crime in progress or potentially harmful situation. In those instances, contact Public Safety directly.
