UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub worked with Prosper LLC to design a web-based platform to share knowledge, raise awareness and break gender stereotypes in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. As part of this project, Prosper LLC designed a logo and branding (brand book) for the project and the web platform; developed the architecture of the web platform; created a prototype of the web platform; and delivered a user-friendly web platform with a fully multi-functional Control Management System. Prosper LLC also developed and illustrated interactive data visualization charts, smart quizzes and pictograms. In addition, the company prepared an animated video that explains gender barriers to women’s advancement in STEM careers in the Europe and Central Asia region. We are pleased to have collaborated on this advocacy project with Prosper LLC, which delivered quality services in a professional and timely manner.

This is to certify that the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan used the services of PROSPER LLC in the framework of 2 projects, namely 1) Support to the Central Elections Commission in production of video clips on Candidate Registration and E-day procedures (ENPI/2015/ 364-539) and 2) Technical Assistance to Sector Policy Support Programmes in Azerbaijan (127650-C-SER-AZ). In the framework of the first project two video clips using the format of 2D infographic integrated to video have been successfully produced. An output of the second project was actually a small video library, developed on the basis of a single large product which could, and was, then edited to produce a series with a greater focus on individual sectors of EU cooperation with Azerbaijan. The video was used for websites, social media, or any other form electronic transmission. PROSPER LLC fully achieved the assignment objectives and fulfilled Terms of Reference. The work was carried out in a professional manner, with meeting deadlines and producing quality of services.

Prosper LLC was contracted by the Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Azerbaijan in the period from June 2020 to November 2020 to develop e-learning materials and an online platform for the participants of our self-employment programme which we are implementing together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan. Prosper LLC carried developed of a user-friendly web platform (Learning Management System) with a functional control management system (CMS) for Azerbaijan — which was successfully integrated with the ASAN logins system and the Ministry's database. The platform called 'Bacar' was successfully launched in January 2021 and is actively being used to date. They designed a brand for the project, carried out a research with various focus groups, produced 32 online training and video lessons, provided certificated trainers for video lectures and produced a series of animated videos. They completed all tasks timely successfully, with a high level of professionalism and dedication. Across the board, we were pleased with their work and we wish them success in their future endeavours.

The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organization with 18 Member States. Active in more than 90 countries worldwide, it takes a regional approach in its work to create efficient cooperation and partnerships along migration routes. Priority regions include Africa, Central, and South Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. ICMPD receives funding from its Member States, the European Commission, the UN, and other multilateral institutions, as well as bilateral donors. Founded in 1993, ICMPD holds UN observer status and cooperates with more than 580 partners including EU institutions and UN agencies. This letter certifies that the ICMPD used the services of Prosper LLC for the development and maintenance of a website for the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In the framework of the project, the services provided by Prosper LLC include the selected below requirements:.1 - Development of the user-friendly website design and web-platform with CMS. - Optimization of Smartphone layout, - Development of web-platform in 3 languages (EN, AZ, RU), - Protection of documents downloading, - Website search function, - Contact forms, - Google analytics embedded (and creation of Google Analytics account for this concrete website), - Establishment of an operational website, - Development of functional content management system (CMS). PROSPER LLC fully achieved the project objectives and fulfilled the requirements of Terms of Reference. The work carried out professionally, meeting deadlines, and producing quality services, and was highly appreciated by ICMPD.
