UI/UX designer

UI/UX designer Responsibilities

● Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedbacks;● Creating user flows;● Creating wireframes;● Creating interactive prototypes;● Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces● Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)● Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)● Collaborating effectively with the product owner, front-end, back-end, and management teams● Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics (Google analytics, Yandex metrics), and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Minimum Qualifications

● 2+ years experience with Figma● Experience with auto-layout, components at Figma● Experience with Vuetify, Vaadin, Ant Design, and Quasar libraries ● Experience in developing interactive prototypes● Understanding and experience of Atomic Design Methodology● Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects
