As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we want to assure you that Prosper is continuing to modify the ways we work and communicate to best position the organization through the pandemic. We can only accomplish this by ensuring that we are treating our employees with the utmost care. As such, we are actively monitoring the evolving situation and have instituted a number of policies across the organization to protect our team, while minimizing the risk of disruption to our business. This includes implementing a region-specific phased reopening approach that aligns with global guidelines set forth by the WHO and local health officials.
We are continuing to enforce strict safety measures and update internal protocols, which include return-to-work policies, prohibiting group gatherings and restricting unnecessary travel. In addition, we are continuing to reinforce our thorough sterilization protocols across all our facilities.
