We contracted by the Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Azerbaijan to develop e-learning materials and an online platform for the participants of the self-employment programme which we are implementing together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan.

We developed a user-friendly web platform (Learning Management System) with a functional control management system (CMS) — which was successfully integrated with the ASAN logins system and the Ministry's database.
The platform called 'Bacar' was successfully launched in January 2021 and is actively being used to date.

We designed a brand for the project, carried out research with various focus groups, produced 32 online training and video lessons, provided certificated trainers for video lectures and produced a series of animated videos.
